Since 1997, Mr. Jamaca has been instrumental in defining and creating services organizations that improve the quality and reliability of the technology infrastructures companies depend on for communications in today's data centers.

Prior to founding CGTS, Inc. in 2009 and SilverBack Migration Solutions, Inc. in 2003, Jamaca spent over a decade holding management positions with leading hosting, telecommunications, and Internet services companies. He has extensive experience building, operating, and managing complex global IT infrastructure systems that are able to scale to meet dynamic business requirements handling mission critical applications, hardware and Data Center operations for the likes of: Intira, Unlimited Fiber Optics (UFO), and AT&T Broadband. Jamaca credits these experiences for obtaining the necessary business and industry knowledge to form a leader in the highly competitive data center technology sector.
